How to Reset ZAC Application Password

  1. Log into “MX Admin”
  2. Click on Configure then UsersĀ 
  3. Right click on the user you want to edit and choose Reset user optionĀ 
  4. In the Reset user option box deselect all options except forĀ PasswordĀ 
  5. Then click the Reset button and the user can re-initialize theirĀ ZAC applicationĀ with the system default PINĀ
