How to Check Do Not Disturb setting for a User

  1. Log into “MX Admin”
  2. Click on Configure then UsersĀ 
  3. Click on the User then right-click on the User and choose the Call Handling Rules… optionĀ 
  4. If there is a rule in the Call handling rules available you can edit that rule and see where theĀ usersĀ extension is forwarded to, if there are no rules thenĀ theĀ Do Not DisturbĀ may be activated on the device if the user.Ā In order toĀ edit the deviceĀ Do Not DisturbĀ settings you have to log directly into the device to make any changes or to seeĀ if Do Not Disturb is active.Ā In an emergency you can un-assign the device to the user and see if theĀ Do Not DisturbĀ stops until you have access to the device to edit theĀ Do Not Disturb.Ā
