How to Reset ZAC Application Password
- Log into “MX Admin”
- Click on Configure then UsersĀ
- Right click on the user you want to edit and choose Reset user optionĀ
- In the Reset user option box deselect all options except forĀ PasswordĀ
- Then click the Reset button and the user can re-initialize theirĀ ZAC applicationĀ with the system default PINĀ
